I want you to shop with confidence. Since all of my items are antique, vintage, or second-hand, they may naturally show signs of age and use. Please take time to read the descriptions and look closely at the photos before making a purchase.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
All returns must be agreed with me in advance by email at flavoredbytime@gmail.com. Please do not send anything back without first contacting me.
I accept returns only if the item is not as described or arrives damaged in transit.
If any flaws were mentioned in the description or clearly shown in the photos, these cannot be a reason for a return.
Condition of Returns
To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Please make sure to use proper packaging when sending it back — I cannot issue a refund if the item arrives broken due to poor packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will let you know by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (for example, if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to my error).
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Customised or personalised items are also non-returnable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Please check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company — sometimes refunds take time to be processed.
Contact your bank — there may be a delay before the refund appears.
