I aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the product page.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal services. I am not liable for delays caused by couriers.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, but all returns must be agreed with me in advance by email at flavoredbytime@gmail.com.
Items must be returned in the same condition as received, using secure packaging.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
