About the Manufacturer:
Grossbaum & Söhne was one of the respected Dresden porcelain houses of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Their work followed the prestigious Meissen tradition, with hand-painted floral bouquets, intricate gilded borders, and exceptional attention to detail. Unlike larger factories, Grossbaum & Söhne produced in smaller quantities, making their pieces less common today. The factory ceased operations in 1914, so all items are now more than a century old and increasingly collectible.
